Supervised practice classes are a chance to practice and ask questions of anything you are unsure of. 20 practice classes are required for completion of the Ohashiatsu Programme. Each 4 hour class counts as 2 practice classes. Please bring your student card for signing. Practice classes cost £15 each (for the double session).

Informal practice sessions are held on Wednesday evenings from 7pm - 9pm (please see reminder emails before coming). These sessions are for those people who do not have space to practice at home, they are NOT taught classes but an opportunity to develop your practice with fellow students. A small charge of £5 per session is charged to cover our costs.

Students at all levels are welcome to all classes and sessions.
